If not otherwise agreed and detailed within the invoice, your order will be processed within one business day from the date payment is received and items are on hand at our facility.

If your order cannot be put into production within seven days of payment due to supply chain delays, updated order completion dates will be provided via e-mail.

Orders must be cancelled prior to the start of production for refund.

After a custom image design is customer approved, a design fee of $49.99 + taxes), is nonrefundable.

Shipping fees and taxes listed on cost estimates are solely estimates. Shipping fees and taxes will be finalized upon billing and detailed in the sale invoice.
